In a few words ...
This is the only sweet wine in the range, a 100% Grenache Noir doux naturel. The sweetness is controlled to avoid heaviness. The result is a well-balanced maury vin doux muté sur grains, aged for 10 months in 225-liter barrels that have contained two wines. The black cherry and redcurrant aromas on the first nose evolve into spicy notes. The palate reveals fine tannins, with notes of strawberry and blackberry that blossom into a sweetness restrained by the fine acidity and mineral touch provided by Maury's black schist.
