Producing 946 rosé requires a precise vinification process, based on the delicate blending of three wine bases: - A wine made from the densest parts of the juice (bourbes), first preserved at low temperature (stabulated) at 4°C, then filtered. This base gives the wine roundness and fullness on the palate. - Alcoholic fermentation in 1/2 muid (500L) new Austrian wood (Stockinger) adds complexity. - Fermentation in concrete tanks between 14 and 16°C to develop aromas.
