rosé perlant is a direct pressing of century-old vines, with 6 grape varieties in the bottle. I wanted to make a wine with very little alcohol. Its name corresponds to its alcohol content: 10.1 degrees, in the Corbières! Not bad, no... I make wine to have fun... I hope you'll enjoy it too... Drunkenness guaranteed!
