Our customer service is available for you live on the site's chat, by email at service-client (a) twil.fr, and by phone at + 33 1 84 60 60 44, Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 13h and from 14h to 18h30 (Paris Time).

If you want advice on a wine or information before buying, do not hesitate to use the chat module to discuss directly with us during the day. We can also offer custom orders.

If you wish to be informed of the follow-up of your order, you can also go to your account, in the follow-up of the orders. In the details of each order, you will find the tracking link of the carrier as soon as your shipment is shipped. In case of complaint, or problem with your order, do not hesitate to call us, we will do the maximum for you!
